HAND CRAFTED SPIRITS FROM THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS
Our hand crafted gin, rum and vodka are truly small batch, some less than 50 bottles per batch! These are true Scottish spirits, distilled, bottled and labelled in our Highland distillery.
We use high quality botanicals in all our products, even our fruit is peeled and dehydrated in-house to ensure the best possible taste and quality.
Our gins and rum have won various national and international awards, in competitions such as International Wine & Spirit Competition, World Gin Awards, Scottish Gin Awards and London Spirits Competition.
SIGNATURE RANGE
Our Signature Range of gins is available in various bottle sizes and features label illustrations by the renowned Scottish illustrator, Iain McIntosh. Distilled on our 100 litre and 500 litre pot stills, each batch is between 75 and 375 large bottles. 70cl bottles in our Signature Range are also hand signed and numbered by Craig, our Master Distiller!
DEVIL'S STAIRCASE
Highland Spiced Gin
Named after the famous mountain ascent, part of the West Highland Way, just a few miles from our distillery. Featuring cardamom, nutmeg, cassia bark and Grains of Paradise.
Serving suggestion – With premium tonic, orange peel and a couple of cardamom pods. Alternatively Ginger Ale, orange peel and fresh mint is a great option as well!

DROOKIT PIPER
Highland Citrus Gin
Drookit / Scots for extremely wet or drenched
This summer style citrus gin features pomelo, lime peel, orange peel and kaffir lime leaves. Perfect libation on any bonny or drookit day!
Serving suggestion – With Mediterranean tonic and a slice of water melon. Alternatively lemonade and a slice of cucumber makes a refreshing summer serve!

DROOKIT HOOSE
Highland Dry Gin
Drookit / Scots for extremely wet or drenched

Latest addition to our Signature Range, released in 2022! This beautiful dry gin features local botanicals such as tangy rowan berries, calming heather, nectareous silver birch sap, zesty grapefruit, aromatic rosehip and a hint of pungent pink pepper.
Serving suggestion – With Elderflower tonic and grapefruit peel.

ARTISAN RANGE
The Artisan Range features limited edition Scottish gin and Scottish rum such as Chanterelle Gin, Scottish White Rum and Scottish Golden Rum, as well as other barrel aged and seasonal products. These are distilled in small batches on our 100 litre pot still, some of our aged products are matured in casks as small as 30 litres and are true limited editions!
CHANTERELLE GIN
Savoury Dry Gin
Traditional juniper forward gin profile with a smooth and subtle Chanterelle mushroom influence.
Pot distilled savoury Gin, the Chanterelles are held in the vapour stream to ensure a beautiful traditional savoury gin with the addition of subtle Chanterelle character.
Serving suggestion – With premium tonic or soda water over ice.

OAK AGED GIN
Aged in former herbal liqueur barrels
Smooth and warming cask aged gin, toffee on the nose & herbal on the palate!
Gorgeous craft gin distilled and aged in former herb liqueur oak barrels for at least 6 months at our Highland distillery.

WHITE RUM

Full bodied and pure Scottish Craft Rum!
Fermented from molasses, sugar, yeast and water and double distilled at our Highland distillery – a true Scottish rum!

Cask Aged Golden Rum
